  • Does look like the Assasins, the bigger one did appear to be Jody Hamilton for sure.

  • It's Roger Smith & Don Bass.

  • I think John McAdam said it best "Never invite your family to a pro wrestling taping." It truly is a recipe for disaster.

  • Only in Memphis do wrestlers' parents and spouses get beat down and hair cut. Total humiliation. That's why Memphis wrestling was the best.

  • was that Buck Zumoff 7:33 ?

  • I remember this. It sure takes some big men to beat up a couple of old guys. Thanks for posting this.

  • Thanx for the old wrestling v ideos. I used to live in west memphis and went to the monday nite matches a lot and watched it every saturday..

  • The Fabs Thin Lizzy video might be my fav Memphis video. They could edit like nobody else.

  • Stan Lane doesnt look a thing like his dad.

  • I have every show from 85 to 96 back to back. I made copies for lawler and sent the whole massive collection to him.

He took it to the WWE but they were not interested in it.

  • Doesn't Lawler have the tape collection? Just can't really understand how it's lost...

  • A lot of the shows were taped over other shows, mostly the shows from the 70s. I've heard the investment group that originally bought the USWA has some of their footage and also Jerry Jarrett and Lawler own some of it too. And channel 5 out of memphis has some of it as well. It's a mess, I know. And it's a shame.

  • It's lost?What happened to them?

  • Yeah Memphis was the best. Its a shame their tape library is lost. WWE could make about ten DVD's based on the wild stuff memphis use to do and today's fans wouldn't know what hit them.
