  • The cost of the "Stimulus" Package to each American is $2,600; wouldn't the economy be better stimulated if the government just gave each American $2,600?

PS. Thanks for allowing comments on your videos; Sen. Webb and Rep. Goodlatte have disabled comments on their's, I guess they aren't really interested in dialogue.

  • Obama has not sold me on his stimulus package. I am seeing reports that money is going towards renovation federal buildings and other areas where it might not create a lot of jobs. I was glad that your one of the twelve democrats trying to get some of the holes out of the simulus plan. Obama has good ideas, but he is trying to get all his campgain promises in one bill.

  • I have a new patented product Id like to have made in VA with jobs for people with life challenges & disabilities. Everyone tells me to have it made offshore. Where can I find resources that will benefit my business financially to make the numbers come closer to low costs associated with offshore manufacturing? I'm willing to bear higher costs & less profits but business is business, & I risk cheap knock offs with a slightly altered imitation.

  • I was laid off in December 2007. My COBRA plan expires in July and it appears finding new coverage will be very expensive and perhaps as hard as finding a new job.

I am writing to ask you to consider extending COBRA eligibility for workers of all ages from 18 to 30 months.
