1) Walk into the swamp
2) Walk off of the cliff
3) Drink the elixir
4) Drink medicine
5) Go too long without making and using a gas mask while the horses are farting
6) Use the bag of horse farts on yourself
7) Drink the Deflatulizer
8) Eat a snail
9) Don't stop the snail stampede in time
10) Eat the baking soda
11) Drink the pure solution
12) Don't put out the fire in time
13) Jump off of the swing in the wrong direction
14) Swing onto the wall instead of the roof (or try to swing onto the roof without building up enough momentum first)
15) Jump off the roof and onto the ground
16) Put the baking soda on the wrong side of the seesaw, then swing onto the roof and jump on the seesaw
17) Eat the horse poop
18) Shoot yourself
19) Play the target practice game without cleaning your guns first
20) Try to shoot anything on the right side of the screen

When you shoot yourself, there are several messages that can display, and it's chosen at random:

You shot your eye out with that thing, kid!
At least your aim is improving.
You shot your damn foot off!
Oops! You tried something really incredibly stupid.
Remember... SAVE EARLY, SAVE OFTEN! You shot yourself, fool!


Also, it's possible to skip the target practice. If you do, then for some reason you don't die when you fire your guns later without cleaning them.

Also also, when you die from eating a snail, it's supposed to say "garlic butter", but butter is covered up by the graphic (you can still see the word for about one frame, though).
