  • A los 5 años tuve la suerte de viajar de Espora a Usuahia en un DC-4 naval, recuerdo que antes de despegar un suboficial nos repartió tapones para los oídos y estaban bastanta tiempo en pista celantando motores. Mi tío político el Cap Cisternas volo en F4U5-N. Tu trabajo no tiene igual.

    Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Cuando trabajé para el Instituto Aeronaval conocí a varios pilotos que volaron los Corsair. Seguramente habrán sido compañeros de tu tío en los años 50 y 60.

  • Rojas, I look at your models here and on your website, and they look like they should taxi, line up for take, call the tower for clearance and off then soar off into the wild blue yonder.

    I agree, but the company that commissioned the model wanted it painted (on top Fine Art Models chose the most dull paint scheme)
