Phil Collins - Take Me Home.
From the album: No Jacket Required.

"Take Me Home" is the 10th track on Phil Collins' third solo album, No Jacket Required. The song was released as a single in the UK in July 1985 and in the US in March 1986. Recorded: The Townhouse, London and Old Croft, Surrey, 1984
Genre: Pop, Electronic rock, New Wave

  • When I worked in radio YEARS ago...this used to me my sign-off song: "Phil Collins...take ME home!!!"

  • The end line is great. "You've been down at the pub, haven't you?" I remember that, and now after all these years I get what she meant!

  • 5:30 I want to sit in that spa!!!!!!

  • je to ok

  • It's funny, during this entire music video, he never shows up in Africa, yet this song has ALWAYS brought me a vivid image of the wild serengeti plains lit by a piercing sunrise, out in Africa like The Lion King, or maybe even just Australia near that big red rock. Embarking on an "authentic aboriginal walkabout". That's what I call REAL home. One with nature.

  • @OFFMYDOGCHEWY But I was born in the 90s, and this music DOES do something to my soul. Sometimes I wish I was alive during the 80s. Or maybe all the time...
