Caffeine tricks the brain to feel energized. It's just chemicals, not real energy. I think it stimulates the adrenal gland with its volatile chemicals.
Energy does not come from caffeine; it comes from energy rich molecules such as sugars, starches, fats and proteins. Caffeine only stimulates their consumption as far as I know. Back to the video!
No!!! energy comes from the calories that are broken down in our bodys that come from the good foods that we eat to promote hellth. haha and look at that im only 13:)
Energy comes from glucose broken down from food and enters our cells. Caffeine comes from natural things like coffee beans, tea leaves.... and increases heart rate, making us feel energized?
Energy comes from eating the biomass of other organisms, either plant or animal. The process of cell respiration releases the energy for work from what we gain from eating.

Caffeine gives a person energy for short bursts but it is a drug so it lowers your energy level after the drug leaves your systm.
