The reason this song was removed from later versions of Disgaea was because Atlus (who bought the rights to the song and published the PS2 version) had nothing to do with later versions.
After the surprising success of Disgaea outside of Japan, its developer, Nippon Ichi Software, decided to break ties with Atlus and start its own international publishing division for its games.

I'm pretty sure this was for the original PS2 title. This song was removed from later versions of the game for some reason. Which is rather regrettable since it was a fairly entertaining track.
