EVP scary voice of a ghost caught on camera

this was the result of a night vision set-up in a haunted farmhouse in north wales / uk , there had been a lot of ghostly activity in this area of the house , this night nothing was seen but the camera did record this eerie voice , i`ve played the recording back many times but can`t understand what the voice is saying , can you ? , if so then please leave a comment , thanks .

Why is it that all ghosts from other countries speak English? I just can't take some of these ghost stories seriously because of that, but then again, I don't know if they speak English in North Wales.
