Are log trucks not supposed to have sleepers on them or is it just that people like them that way?

Thats kinda weird a Chehalis BC ... I grew up in Chehalis WA. Now I live in AK, and I have cut timber from AK, WA, OR and CA. and I have never heard of a Chehalis BC,.

Some log trucks do but it's only if they are going long distances. Most logging trucks here in Washington are hauling by weight so there i no reason hauling a heavey sleeper around and also we make three four trips a day so there is no need for sleepers.

Tellefsen's is out of bellingham, so you guys take the logs down there to local mills? How many trucks to you guys have in you fleet? Logging is pretty much dead in the fraser valley, there is chahalis logging and then up chilliwack lake road there is a small logging outfit.
