not to be mean or anything but she really looks dumb..

I think 99.9% of the people don't like female bodybuilders. I'm pretty sure I can say this. It just looks wrong. They also use growth hormones/insuline these days btw, not just roids. It can increase belly size due to organs growing, same with the men.
Don't get me wrong, bodybuilding women are free to get as big as they want, it's not my body, it's their body their choice. I just think it looks wrong. My opinion. Fitness and preferably bikini competitions FTW.

@piolinguingui I am quite happy with Coach Sonnon.

@cherylmalone1 u have to buy his stuff to see examples of workouts, see scoobys videos if u want examples of how to properly work out for free

Vince might be a great trainer, I don't know. I am not a fan of the type of marketing he does; too much talk and not enough examples of the workouts. I am a fan of Coach Sonnon; he doesn't chatter so much and gives more than enough examples of the workouts. To me Vince is a typical Philly or New York guy.

thunder thighs, jiggly arms, soft ass lol!
She's not a bodybuilder, she is a fitness model, there is a difference. Female bodybuilders focus getting big and mostly have to use steroids to get bulky, since women don't have sufficient testosterone to build huge, bulky muscles. Fitness models are lean and although they do have nice defined muscles, it isn't bulky. They go for a low body fat count more than bulkyness. Personally I prefer a sleek, toned fitness model above a female Arnold Schwarzenegger. Thanks for posting, Vince!

Good tips, alot of girls & women think that they need to go on what they call a "diet" which actually means they are going to eat less.
Instead, you have to eat enough, probably even a bit more than you would eat when you don't train, and focus on compound movements and intensity.
