I found this movie very odd. Impossible to really classify...first I thought it was a black comedy, but then there are parts where it gets really serious too...really interesting...not sure what my opinion on it is yet.

The main SS guy is a brilliant actor in this though...

That's Tarantino; Impossible to classify.

Just about all his movies have elements of dark comedy, but can turn dead serious on a dime. That's why, love him or hate him, you've got to admit he's unequaled.
