@lanxang817 if you're judging that by what you saw on the demo just now you need to realize they are exercising extreme control not to hurt one another. If you or anyone took one of those kicks for real the fight is over. Same goes for Muay Thai or Kung Fu. Fact of the matter is all martial arts are effective, if they weren't they would not exist. It's the individual artist, not the art.

@economan1011 Tae kwon do is for the show only. The kick is and punch are nice and fantastic,but in the ring or battle field th they wont be able to compete with Muay Thai or Kung fu.
