@Secondlifecreator Look, the original is amazing. That's why they are covering the song. Aaron Lewis has been doing it for a long time at his acoustic shows. I don't see why you need to be an asshole about it. This is a pretty outstanding cover, and remember they are paying tribute and respect to Pink Floyd by covering their song. Relax man, not everything has to be perfect in your eyes. Enjoy the music or leave. You have a choice. But don't trash others for having an opinion.

Listen, idiots. Pink Floyd is band you do not cover. Plain and Simple. There are very few bands in history that can even hold a candle next to their compositions. When I listen to this version all I hear is, "There izz noo pain, you are reeceiving. Huhh a sistant ship smoke on huh harizawn." He sings it poorly. End of story. I realize that opinions are "subjective," but c'mon......

@TicoPrime the wall tour 2011 roger waters. gilmour was a guest appearance and he made a mistake in the lyrics. so that is no criteria. these people have done a great job. hats off you you guys =)

Why everyone feels like this insults the memory of Pink Floyd irks me a bit. It is most certainly not horrible; a cover wouldn't be published if it wasn't meritable to some degree. For example, I'm just as big a fan of Queen as you guys must be of Pink Floyd, but, begrudgingly, I admit that there are good covers of the band, even if the originals were utter-fucking-ly amazing. This is another example in that it may not be as good as the original- nothing will be- show the piece some respect.
