Looks great! Ths would be comfort food for me. I mean, you've got chicken in a great, rich sauce and rice. I get tired just thinking about eating it. A few questions: Typically, is this just an average, everyday meal?

Any particular rice you favor?

What did you add at 2:46? Tomato sauce/pureed tomatoes?

Hi, Thanks for your message.

I used a tin/can of tomatoes in tomato juice. They usually come either in chopped or whole form.

Use either, but blitz them in a blender to make a smooth sauce, then add to the onions/spices and cook.

I love basmatic rice, it has long grains and looks and smells great when cooked.
