Gypsys raped 12 year old girl in Slovenian school

Three gypsy pupils raped a 12 year old girl in one of the junior high schools in Slovenia.

The official medical report stated, that she really was sexually abused.
Even so, the authorities didn't take action against the perpetrators.

The Roma people (gypsies) face so much discrimination and institutional hatred in Eastern Europe. Eastern Europeans make criminals out of these poor people. Of course there will be higher rates of crime. Maybe if you focused on getting the children educated and the men jobs the crime rates will improve. They have been there for 100s of years.
