@SpanishHunkyGuy I wouldn't know since I don't live in Europe or in the U.K.
-
@YourOasis97 I meant *clowns before lol Let's see if they want to participate in the ESC. What is a fact is that both the UK and Spain need to take the ESC a bit more seriously coz there is good music in both the English-speaking and the Spanish-speaking markets

@SpanishHunkyGuy of course she does, she loves the girls and they did reunite 2007. she was the first to say no but of her bad memories in the past and she was scared.
-
@YourOasis97 She normally has this "positive attitude" for upcoming plans with the Spice Girls... when they reunited in 2007 (was it 2007?) she was the 1st to say no. She didn't want to record new songs either and in the end they did... I don't know.
The Eurovision SC is today a huge audiovisual show and the artists / bands that take part on it are really good (ok, there are crappy songs or clows as well, 1 or 2 out of 40). Perhaps, the ESC is too much for the Spice Girls today... I dunno.

@SpanishHunkyGuy what do you mean?
-
@heidos7 Oh okay, thanks.

This girl is always very positive in everything she does (irony implicit)

@YourOasis97 And many well-known artists have participated and some won, like Abba with Waterloo in 1974, Celine Dion for Switzerland in 1988, Cliff Richard with Congratulations in 1968 and with Power To All Our Friends in 1973, Olivia Newton-John with Long Live Love in 1974 (when ABBA won), and Johnny Logan, who is referred to as "Mister Eurovision" sicne he has won 3 times (once as a songwriter).

@YourOasis97 Eurovision Song Contest is an annual song contest in Europe, only countries in Europe can participate. It is held every year in May by the winning country the year before (this year Azerbaijan won, therefore the contest will be held in Baku next year). Many countries have a national selection to choose the song & artist they send to ESC. The first ESC was in 1956 where only 14 countries participated, now in 2011 there were 43 countries. Since 2008 there are 2 semi-finals & a final.
The Eurovision Song Contest is an annual song contest, where almost all European countries (plus some Asian countries, like Israel, Azerbaijan, Armenia) compete with eachother, by sending an artist and a song. This year the contest took place in Belgrade, next year in Russia, because the Russian song won this year.
