Cell Phone Tower Fire

It's not common, but we received a call for a cell phone tower fire. The tower was near the border of Wall, Tinton Falls and Neptune, NJ.

Fire Departments from multiple towns responded, including:

When dealing with extreme high voltage like you have here, the firefighters have to wait until the power company shuts off the power to that structure. I know you're stupid, so you probably don't realize that water and electricity don't mix. What would happen if they laid water on that sparking high voltage box? Idiot.

Just had a Verizon cell tower fire in Poulsbo WA which brought me to this page :)

Looks like a typical Fire Department; stand around in "moon suits", take pictures, and talk about eating donuts. Then, they walk in and harass businesses about "extension cords", fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors. A bunch of egotistical assholes, who are "fire fighters" that "save lives"! Wooopee Ding!
