I've seen this episode. The defendant actually countersued for "wasted time" for having to come into court, lol. The interview at the end of this episode was funny. He said she was a firecracker and that he was really a fan of hers.

I agree that the guy was an asshole. But in all fairness, the judge should not have called him "honey." She expects him to say "Your Honor", so she should say "Mr. Smith" or "Sir."
