It's the 10 year anniversary of Guantanamo Bay opening its doors. Let's not forget, that despite President Obama's promises, it remains open. We'll talk about the damage in ethics, credibility, and reputation of the United States. And ask if we'll ever see a day when the prison does close. Andy Worthington author of "The Guantanamo Files" joins the show.

  • Poor guy is trying his best not to get lost on her tits.

  • No country in the world that is not a dictatorship has a law similar to NDAA. This should make us think.

  • Alyona looks hot like hell in this.

  • I think the idea that the Obama administration won't use the NDAA is fool-hearty at best. Why would lawmakers dream up this draconian legislation and then not use it? I fear the "excuse" is coming soon.

  • Thank you for having guests from places other than "Reason" magazine.

  • Alyona looks tired as frigg lol

  • It's all about torture...they can't let them and the truth out.

  • The USA no longer gives a rat's ass about its reputability. That was shot down the drain with the Bushes and now this guy!

  • @Pissedoffpeasant Just a ridiculously outlanding and expensive jail that has to be filled from time to time to justify its existence. That is all. People will be incarcerated there on a whim or a suspicion but as long as the place is full....

  • @merrick926 Because no one gives a shit until it happens to them and then it is too late.
