I think the idea that the Obama administration won't use the NDAA is fool-hearty at best. Why would lawmakers dream up this draconian legislation and then not use it? I fear the "excuse" is coming soon.

@Pissedoffpeasant Just a ridiculously outlanding and expensive jail that has to be filled from time to time to justify its existence. That is all. People will be incarcerated there on a whim or a suspicion but as long as the place is full....
