Slam Down! is Roy aka Damn-R, he is an ambitious and known producer and dj in the dance music scene from the Netherlands. He loves all kinds wich has to do with dancemusic, exspecialy HandsUp. The releasing of some club remixes like "Airplanes" by GROOVE CHASERS, "With The Crowd" by 2 RAVERZ or "Let It Rain" by SHEKERZ gives his project a lot of fame. The Main Project Damn-R has starts in the year 2008. The Mission is to take a phat bass mixed with a simple headliner tune to creat the new HandsUp Hymn "Take Your Time". The Maxi Release is include some amazing Mixes (like Damn-R Mix and a special Bonus Mix). The release is under the musiclabel Redlight-Media wich has worked for Roy to deal the release "Close My Eyes" by Damn-R to Lovetraxx Records. With the Damn-R project Roy entered the CD - compilation "VIVA Club Rotation Vol. 46" with his remix for VENUS JONES "Alejandro" a LADY GAGA cover. As a Remixer Roy is a known producer in the HandsUp section. He worked for artists like OTHER EGO, N-FINITY, JASON BORN und ESKIMO & ICEBIRD. The new SLAM DOWN! "Take Your Time" will rock the international dancefloors.
