  • totally BS here. no way in hell dude. that is ls1 numbers, no stock lt1 can do that, they put out 240 rwhp tops.

  • @SN95Project no dude. not mine. STOCK as in not heavily modified. this has a K&N FULL intake, an Airfoil and a flowmaster muffler. that is basically stock. no headers, no re flashing, no different gearing. stock.

  • @tietie1424 I don't want to sound disrespectful, but I could believe around 289hp and 306tq. and surely the Dyno could be off in its calibration. But those numbers are so unreal for a stock Lt1. That is what Ls1 cars produce.

  • @SN95Project Yea who knows. for all those doubters, I DO have the paper, or I did its been a few years, but no sense in saying I have it if I cant prove. maybe the dyno was off idk.

  • @helmer36 Do you know the difference between flywheel HP and rear wheel HP? I guess you dont, lol. Look up parasitic loss and how much HP is lost through the drivetrain = RWHP.

Rear wheel HP ranges from 230rwhp in the early LT1 autos on up to 260rwhp in the later LT1 six speeds, with the SS and WS6 models doing even better than that. But no regular LT1 powered Z28 stock is putting down 285HP on the rollers, that is right around LS1 numbers.

  • @SN95Project actually the Lt1 puts out 285hp from the factory...with the Zr1 intake and exhaust it can put out those numbers...look up the specs for the Z28 with the Lt1 350

  • @tietie1424 It most likely is a high reading Dyno... Horsepower TV tested a bone stock 95 LT1 and it produced 231hp at the wheels and nedacfilms dynoed an LT1 to 230hp. But the 6-speed models will do better than that.

  • @karpetcm Mine was 280rwhp on a Dynojet with SLP headers, off road Y-pipe, cat-back, cold air, throttle body, underdrive pulley and tune, so something certainly wrong with this video.

  • @masonrox25473 275hp is the flywheel rating dude... big difference versus chassis dyno rear wheel HP numbers.

  • @SN95Project I don't believe the 389 torque. Something is wrong somewhere.

  • @SN95Project It is 275hp stock.

  • Ive had 3 LT1's and all have been full bolt ons, none have past 278 rwhp on a dynojet.
