Surfers Paradise Police Assault

This is my 19 yr old son, he was mistakenly arrested for a guy wearing a blue shirt weighing in at about 90kg. He would be lucky to weigh 75kg wringing wet. After the wrongful arrest, he was told to remove his shoes and socks, so he gets his shoes off. he is handcuffed and standing remember, so the sock part is obviously a little tricky, but he tries anyway. As he attempts to take his left sock off with his right foot the officer punches him in the back of the head and he lunges forward into the charge counter. He stumbles back and tries to take his sock off again. The officer then takes him to the ground and removes his socks this all happens in three seconds. He then leaves him unconscious on the the floor for just over one minute. Another officer then comes in to tell the kid that is showing concern to shut up or he will end up like his mate on the floor. As the kid on the floor rolls over his other mate notices his state and shows his concern. You can tell by the way his hands keep going to his face. Then one of the officers attacks him for his concern. The first boy that was told he would end up like his mate, tries to get it on his telephone, as he sets it to video the officer that comes through the door attacks him and removes them all from view of the imaging monitor. My Son was left, firstly unconcious and unattended and secondly, with four breaks in his jaw, seven broken teeth and 5 stitches. As the officer takes the last kid through the door he bends down and picks up several small bits off the floor.....
This Is His Teeth. It is a chargable offence to just touch an officer,,,, but he has the BADGE GIVEN RIGHT to commit these crimes himself. If you or I, were to waste the courts time as he has done and keep fabricated charges ongoing to cover his ass. We would get the gavel thrown at us... So he keeps them going in a hope that we will end up pleading guilty as this is easier and less stressfull, especially with such minor charges ......Andrew Webber you are a digrace as a MAN & to the QLD Police Force... GET A JOB YOU CAN HANDLE,,, BECAUSE YOU ARE NO GOOD AT THIS ONE!

To the police lovers please know that there is an investigation ongoing so if the police were absolutely without fault do you think the TV stations would keep playing the same horrid footage. The cops try and bullshit you by saying "You cant do that" when you threaten them with filing a complaint to the CMC if they act unlawfully. @madhatter7169 My son was subjected to a bogus pat down search at parliament, slammed into a wall and put in a divvy van even though he had done nothing wrong. We audio taped this and were able to smuggle the footage out. The Security Intelligence Branch denied us CCTV of Anna Bligh’s personal bodyguard almost breaking my son’s wrist. He’d never been in trouble with police and was again arrested while protesting at Premier Bligh’s community forum in Toowoomba.
