I still love this show. But how did they get him to move his lips? Well. Zap- Zap-Zapp=Zapp=lip movement. I guess hey Wilbur was the 25.000 volt charge! Hey I really don't know how this show went down so excuse my opinion!
I grew up with Ed, too, and added this to my 1961 playlist. I've made a music playlist for each of the last 100 years, the biggest compilation ever ! ! Your mouse can take you back to any year you choose to hear pop hits, themes, cartoon music and wack ads !
Mr. Ed is still one of my faverites, it comes on THIS tv station (that is the name of the station), they also have Patty Duke reruns on, I love it, the shows are actually funny, not over-sexed, crude or fowl mouthed, they really were the good old days!
Ah memories. I used to watch this in syndicated reruns around the mid-late 1970s. Sadly, they stopped airing it & I havent seen this show since, around 30+ years. As a result, I dont recall specific episodes of Mr Ed the way I have other tv shows memorized, BUT the opening theme has remained with me. And hearing it again after all these years brings back fond, sweet nostalgic memories of me as a kid sitting in front of the living room tv back then, enjoying reruns of my favorite classic tv shows
