Ummm, looks like nobody told the iron chefs that in America actually you can't cook with the lobster eggs as it is illegal. Cook the eggs and you reduce the lobster's ability to reproduce.

i think lobster bisque result was probably bland. because this chef didnt have enough time to reduce his soup.
