If you put a video tutorial on your profile about how to do this, you would probably get a LOT of hits... I'm trying to use the "jumper" effect for a video I'm making for a competition, so far i'm having trouble. I'm guessing you used after effects. Please hit me back!

Hi there!!

I would love to get a tutorial up on here, but i think my new baby would get a little miffed... lol

Only problem is that i think there are people who do this so much better. I didn't really have a method, just fiddled around with the footage i had. Hardest thing was rotoscoping around my buddy Chris. After that, the animating was just trial and error.

I did use after effects, and have got alot better since this little trial vid. Need any help? I'll try :-) lol

How the hell did you make the shadow?

I duplicated the layer and cut out the shadow, then hand animated it to get smaller and further away, kinda following the jumper.
