"The blank spaces and the Books of the Minim, we may not save them from a fire." this chapter speaks about when you may risk your own life to save holy books from a fire "books of minim" refer to the books of heretics. It does not instruct anyone to destroy them, it just says not to die saving them.

Gittin 57a. "Whoever mocks at the words of the Sages is punished with boiling hot excrement." It DOES NOT say Jesus.

Sanhedrin 90a. does not say ANYTHING of the new testament as the Jewish religion doesn't even recognize it, this section speaks of false profits and their punishment.
