If you pay attention, it credits the creation of Kaesong, and ALL future (possible) success of Kaesong, to Hyundai founder Chung Ju-yung and South Korean capitalism. I'd suggest you read a little bit about Kaesong, it's a project to create capitalist economic zones in North Korea, with the help of Western and South Korean businesses.. But apparently, you didn't watch the video..
