Por la Música de Mariachi capta cómo distintas culturas, credos, edades, géneros se unen por el gusto y la pasión hacia la música de mariachi y cómo ésto se va propagando a lo largo y ancho de los Estados Unidos, principalmente en instituciones educativas.

En todo éste esfuerzo, está la mano y el corazón de un artista musical, quien a lo largo de su vida ha logrado desarrollar una exquisita comunión entre la música de mariachi y la música clásica, el Maestro Jeff Nevin.

"For Mariachi Music" captures how different cultures and generations unite behind the love and passion of mariachi music, and how mariachi is being promoted all across the US, especially in schools. This video presents the Southwestern College mariachi program which offers the world's first college degree in mariachi music, and their director/creator of the program Jeff Nevin, who has dedicated his life to creating an exquisite union of mariachi and classical music.
