Good point....! Umberto Ecco is a very good writer, but I dont think anything he has done was even remotely as entertaining as Dan Brown's work!
And Im just conpairing Eco's Foucault's Pendulum to The Da Vinici Code....! Im just saying if Brown's book sales broke records in the past and his publishing company wants 5 million copies of a first edition, Thats unheard of, Theres gotta be something good there...!

Really now! Personally, I felt that it was just typical airport reading.. nothing wrong with that, but HARDLY great art. I enjoyed Umberto Ecco much more so. Just because its popular it doesn't make it good. Reality shows are popular but for the most part, IMHO of course, they suck.
