The Five Themes of Geography Rap

I wrote this rap for a project in my social studies class when I was in 7th grade. This rap was very popular among my friends (and enemies.) Remembering how it made people laugh (intentionally, I might add), I decided to record myself doing the rap. I'm surprised I still know all the words!

Yes, the beatboxing is supposed to be lame. In fact this whole rap is supposed to sound kinda lame. It's not a serious attempt at rapping and was mostly done for the lulz... which I definitely succeeded with because I did make people laugh.

PS: I've noticed most online resources have renamed "relationship" to "human-environment interaction" or just "interaction." The information presented in this rap was accurate in 2001.

PPS: I also got a 100 on the project for this rap. I think that was my first perfect score on a project.

*sigh* How many times do I have to remind people that I'm female? Hopefully this is the last time. Back then when this video was made (as well as most of my other vids) I didn't care much about trying to look girly. Nowadays, though, I've been putting forth more effort.

Also... a teacher showed this to her class? That's actually kinda cool.
