Very nice! :) I have to say that my elbow comes in handy for trigger point therapy - don't think my poor thumbs could take it with the amount I use it - very effective intervention.

thanks. i hurt my thigh at the gym. and it really hurts. i but muscle rub and rub it and massaged it. i hope it gets better quick. :)

Any reason the massage direction go from the knee to the hip instead from hip toward the knee?

@CanKaraoke Yes! It is very important that massage is applied towards the heart. The reasons for this are that this helps flush out waste products, reduces the risk of blood pooling and prevent damage to the one-way valves in the veins.
