If I lived closer to a guitar center (the closest is an hour drive away) I would seriously consider entering.

i agree most of the tracks arent very good. I am competing this year and reluctantly picked a "non-standard blues" backing track because it had more feeling than the others despite it not being a basic 12 bar blues...
