@Sonic3000 They have a pedestrian walkway, but it's not at that entrance. It's on the other side near the Queensboro Plaza subway station.

Man, I wish it wasn't so foggy so we could see the awesome skyline!
I really would like to see another video of I-495 westbound heading towards Manhattan. The best views in the world!
