@MTwannaB4jesus Darcey Bussel is 5 foot 7. Svetlana here is 5 foot 3, the nrmal size for most ballerinas. Sylvie Guillem is a giant at 5 foot 8, but is still OK.

It's better if they are short. I think (it's my opinion) that is more delicate when women are shorter than men.

Its fuzzy but oh so very lovely not icky like most American pas de deux.

som are quite small while others are taller. tina le blanc is just over 5' (my dad met her-- at this old job, they were financial or insurance advisers of some sort for san francisco ballet) while former royal ballet dancer darci bussel is somethin like 5' 8"-10"(i'm not sure). but they can be small or tall.
