APAC Alternative Dispute Resolution

APAC is proposing a measure in the Minnesota state legislature that would establish an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) agency. The goal of ADR is to provide a faster and more efficient way to resolve disputes within manufactured home parks.

Both a park owner and park resident would have the opportunity to make a claim to this third party agency. The process would not require the services of a lawyer and would be much faster than going through the court system.
