I like the idea. If you want a less than lethal stamp A lot of testing is needed. I'm a little concerned about permanent brain damage. Even with short bursts microwaves will heat (vibrate) the body's water indiscriminately. And 98.6 to 103 is not that far apart.

As for military applications the Geneva protocol for Humane combat won't let you turn it up to instant killing levels.

I think its ridiculous that we know the PTB have all these weapons & yet even though they're all corrupt & have broken tons of laws, they still keep making & using them. These people are psychotic. 30 yrs ago they didnt have tasers, prozac, etc. yet we have 1/2 the people locked up 25 yrs ago than we do today. The USA has more people in prison or jail than Russia, China, India, & Iran combined! Both China & India have 1 billion people to USA's 300mill! Yet all we hear about is 3 hikers in Iran?
