@terryrouge - This is just inside the Sequoia National Park (Central California) entrance (on the Visalia side). It's near Potwisha Campgrounds. You just pull off the side of the road (in a turnout) on Generals Highway (Hwy 198) a few miles into the park and then there's a 5-10 minute walk along a trail to reach the river (Kaweah River). Hope this helps. Make sure you scout out the location thoroughly though if you decide to go. The jump is much more precarious than it appears in the video!
