The architecture firm Weber Thompson in Seattle, WA designed the buidling in which they currently operate. It is a LEED Gold building and it is the first commercial building in Seattle in nearly 60 years that does not have mechanical HVAC. In this interview Scott talks about how a little bit of extra effort up front allowed them to reap huge rewards in energy savings and building occupant satsifaction.
