  • loved the first song he played! quite simple but fun! ill try to work it out by ear

  • @matebary It was a pleasure to have Jonn in the studio to demo that guitar! Sounds great on that dreadnaught, huh? Thanks for watching

  • i am sorry that i threw off on the style you had choosen to play. i love acoustic guitar of all kinds,i mean nothing wrong with the way that you play, then i saw you do hey joe with otis taylor on that live video, realy good,it was good to hear some one tastefuly play that old song.i do like all kinds of guitar, with a fondness for celtic finger style, blues ,delta blues, and latin jazz. thank you for your kind reply.

  • @snapperjohn1000 It's no problem, thanks for the comment!

  • good guitar, boreing guitar work

  • @snapperjohn1000 Thanks for the comment. It's tough to know what, exactly to play in these videos- some people want simple straight-ahead strumming, others want individual note articulation, and some people want to hear jazz on an acoustic!!! So, it's impossible to please everyone in every video, but we are doing our best and appreciate the support. If you check out some of our other video, I'm sure that you will find more of what you are looking for- there are many different players/styles

  • Definitely his heel. Almost has a Hendrix vibe to it. Nice guitar.

  • what is the tuning

  • @wroomvideo I couldn't figure that out either. Kept watching his hand to see if it was his fingernail but it wasn't that. Finally figured out that it was the sole of his shoe. Jonn keeps time with his heel and not his toe (like I do) so his tapping heel was picked up by the mics. Just watch his knee.

  • @wroomvideo That's his fingernails on the top of the guitar...
