A very entertaining 8 minute piece of The Atheist Experience episode 568 where the briliant host Matt Dillahunty runs the callers arguments into the ground as uaual.

The Atheist Experience is a remarkable show hosted by truly knowledgeable people, witch makes it very educational and entertaining. If everyone watched this show, everyone would be better off.

  • "So what's more likely? That an all-powerful, mysterious God created the Universe, and decided not to give any proof of his existence? Or, that He simply doesn't exist at all, and that we created Him, so that we wouldn't have to feel so small and alone?"

    -Ellie Arroway

I don't think they would phrase it that way but it is a definite hole in their worldview. The best thing a pure evolutionist can do is say that abiogenesis is not tied to evolution and that life is here so that's all that matters. This isn't a really good explanation

  • *chuckles* This guy is funny. He obviously doesn't realize that we can have anoxic marine settings (or, fluid water settings that are low in oxygen, a reduction setting); much of our natural gas comes from anoxic basins. Heck; one of the largest catastrophes in geologic time was the great oxygenation event which wiped out most of the anoxic bacterial life in favor of photosynthetic life.

  • @moustikabouz- We're not talking about the same God here. Islam, like all man made 'religions' (incl.the Church of Rome) are of pagan origin using Holy Scriptures in deception. They deny the deity of Yeshua (Jesus) who according to the OT,NT prophets fortold of God redeeming his people throught His Son who gave his life as a ramsom. This is not meant to be logical it's meant to be 'believed'. Logic follows.

If this is 'stupitiy' to you, its a pity.

  • if we'll talk about electricity, the light, the radio waves, microwaves,.... infrared.. everything from electromagnetic waves, it was discovered by coincidence by Faraday... coincidence.. there is nothing the scientist creates they just discovered.. they will never create fly even if all scientist on earth since 2000 years they will never do that

  • @GrandeRio01 :) what are you talking about? is this logic? son of god? came to tell us that? .. God is there and exist, and there is only God, he sent all his prophets to us, and he doesnt have any son.. comon dont be stupid.. think

  • @Shuffle2dMax- "You want the world to live in fear in order for them to obey"??

No, that's being 'religious'. The Bible, NT, speaks not of 'religion' but a 'relationship' w/ the Son of God who came to free us from 'sin' (='s religion) and be our Mediator to The Father. Men have corrupt this Good News for profit and control.

  • @GrandeRio01 lol ok genius

  • @Shuffle2dMax- "Scientist create??" No they invent.

To create something means to make something out of nothing... that includes the material not just the 'idea'.

Science don't have any ideal or answer to 'spiritual matters' no matter what books say contrary. If you've read the Bible, you have not read it w/ the proper motive.

  • @GrandeRio01 Hahahahahaha fear? Seriously? You want the world to live in fear in order for them to obey? Had to comment on your primitivism.

I don't believe in a god and I don't fear death but I'm still moral then most of the people I know. When I give something to charity I give it without expecting something in return you know. I think we are much more moral here.
