How it was done........
I have a small Canon G9, it has a great timelapse feature, takes a 640 x 480 pic every 2 seconds and then puts it together as an AVI file.
For the driving sequences, I used a Gorillapod, and mounted the camera on the grab handles in the car.
For the Sailboat - is used the same Gorillapod and attached it to the sailbot
The others, just sat the camera in a window and let it run.
I used Sony Vegas to edit it and add the music soundtrack

hey!
how did you/your camera manage to take 'still' and focused shots while in a moving car?
Like weren't some of the road bumpy? yet teh pictures came out so clear and fine.

Really excellent. Nice.
Ya made me miss Q-Town. lol. I'm from Dunedin, living just near Brisbane.

Landing in Brisbane Airport to see that Beautiful Australian Sky and fresh air is what I miss the most whenever I come home from overseas.

Looks like the first car drive time lapse was on the road to Akaroa. I live in Christchurch but don't drive that road enough to know for sure. :)
