Here's a blast from the past,This was just minutes after 119 was unloaded at Embsay, you can still see the Heanor lads packing up the unloading rails as Norm H fired her up on what was a VERY cold day,she was warmed up before for we throttled up,you can see the edit in the film and please excuse the mono tone horn, the low tone one blew off as Norm gave her the toot.

P.S Check out the classic English Electric throb that starts at 1:07,My Lordz

  • id love to have something like that in me garden :-P

  • @vaughan84512 The bearings in the Napier 200 turbos have their own oil supply and are constantly submerged in oil, forget everything you know about automotive turbo's as the turbos on this loco are nothing like a car turbo, trust me Ive stripped one to repair a water damaged bearing so I know what iam on about,oh and whilst iam at it the engine wasnt cold, notice the jump in the video,Ive edited about 10 minutes out of this video
