apple cider vinegar, plenty off it with water, and tons of citrus fruits as well, some yogurt daily also....rot gut sucks, had it for 15 years.

If you ever get the shits from food poisoning or whatever, you need to drink two shots of apple cider vinegar. It will kill whatever is causing you to crap. Be sure to rinse out with baking soda afterward to neutralize any remaining acid in your mouth.
