I am a professional ballet and modern dancer training five days per week. Vinyasa Yoga class at least twice per week and I eat a raw vegan diet. Diet is literally 80% of my physical aesthetic and boundless energy. Exercise is incredible important for longevity and energy. Movement, nourishment and consciousness are all equally important.
