You can't smile with your eyes. Thats just a fake illusion made to make her appear smarter because its cant just be a shadowing technique. It has to be something glorified when in reality models are nothing more than just stupid. It's just tilting your head to make your eyes look deeper ( in the socket, to make it sound even stupider ), creating depth and making your bones look harsher. THATS IT. Stupid lady.

So you just open your eyes and tilt your head forward. Basically look interested in something without going all WE NEED TO GO DEEPER.
