Driving into downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill

This was a clip I took from my friend Katherine's bug convertable as we were driving to Capitol Hill.

For the locals, this was approaching from the Eastside via I-90 and then coming up on I-5. I think we came into Capitol Hill via Denny.

For the record we were headed to the soon-to-be-closed Cafe Vivace. :-)

Ha! I NEVER noticed that! Actually I wasn't driving, twas my friend. However, I -believe- that was a side street. The streets all over Seattle are totally jacked.

Yea, that was a side street :) I recognize where you were; traveling up towards Broadway. And I also used to hold my breath in the I-90 tunnel whenever we would drive thru. Great memories!

i used to live in that apartment on summit right next to that bar on the corner at the end of that video.

strange how time flies....it's been years.
