I'd also like to mention that I am still EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with my body. Though I've lost that much weight, I haven't noticed any difference in my body at all...I still have a huge stomach and thighs yuck...

  • aren't u getting a bit upsessed. It''s not healthy to compare yourself with some one else that is skinnier or taller, it will only make u upset if u cant look like that. There is nothing wrong with loosing weight to get a healthy weight but u are going a bit to far i think. Its good u got the power to go on but dont go over the top and don't think about loosing weight, dont forget the fun things in live

  • thanks for caring lol :) actually i'm pretty sure miley cyrus is about the same height as me, so I'm hoping that her body type isn't too unrealistic.

  • I think you are very brave(: Ever since I was 10 I struggled with my weight, and it's not easy having people tell you you are fine the way you are, because sometimes you arent, and u know u arent when you dont feel like you are. I am now between 105-110 pounds at 5 foot with big hips, which is what im trying to lose. I hope you reached your goal (:

  • everyones body is made different, me for example, my mom and i weigh about the same , same height as well but she got skinnier legs and i've got skinnier arms and flatter stomach.. we're all shaped different and you can't decide where to lose or gain fat..

  • If you don't mind me saying so, it isn't healthy for a teenage girl to eat below 1200 calories a day and it usually isn't goo for longterm weight loss because it will inhibit weight loss. Just thought I should let you know because I hope you're hard work doesn't go to waste : P

  • Gosh, I don't know how people do it. I am 14 and I weigh 157lb. I stopped eating a bunch and I joined sports, but not much has changed. I can't wear jeans without hating my thighs. Any POSITIVE suggestions on what to do?

  • hey try to sport then you will be good looking mens just like not only tide ass but sport looking one. and start to eat something tasty you should start eat italian pasta its graet easy for stomach and that s imprtant - your body have to feel comfort not just jour stupid thinking about one egg an toast which is usualy everythink but not tasty and good looking food. staart to learn how to cook with vegatables extra virgin oil ...

  • if you don't eat atleast 1200 calories a day then your body will think you're starving and well started kepping extra calories hence you will gain weight. 2000 is the average with one hour of excersice. if you just eat 1200 a day you'll still lose weight. trust me. ive been there before.

  • I really don't think you can loose a lot of weight without exercising. I am a swimmer and I like having to not worry about eating completely healthy.
