That's what they are, and when combined together, they form white light. Also, when they change color, then it has a very nice visual effect.

you have RGB led lights, and they are pretty cheap. rgb means the led can give 3 diffrent colors. red, blue and green. if you have a controller, that plays the diffrent colors next to each other you have this effect.

Yes, I did see some of these light discs, strips, and tiles at IKEA, and they are cool looking, but run in the $40-50 range.

Cool!, Today I went to IKEA and saw an LED light pannel with three changing colours, One Yellow, One blue and one red. In Ikea you get 8 Lightbulbs in a stream for £29:99 in US currency it's probably $35:00 or more.

Well, you can get a color changing bulb from Ebay, and maybe you can make a video of it, since it will be very cool to watch.

It sure is, and it's amazing how LED bulbs can change color, unlike regular incandescent and fluorescent bulbs.
