I never heard of smokie until recently when I ranacross it on youtube. They ar eprobly one of the best bands ever. I cannot understand why they did not reach out to country fans as did credence clear water. In the 70s I was into folk, country and light rock yuo found on county stations and juke boxes. teh country stations were so tied into what they could play and not play (juke boxes too) that many good bands went virtually unk nown ot soem of us. I regret that.
