I remember playing this one for hours on the Commodore 64 and never getting anywhere, but I got hold of a Speccy walkthrough and sped it up to get it on here.

Basically, you are a skippy top-hatted dude who has to make up 4 eggs and 4 toys (bike, ship, car, rocket/plane?) and send them to dispatch for delivery for Easter.

What is weird is how all these things land up in a factory:

Birds, snails, bats, springs, shoes, crocodiles, spiders and rats (well they could), tortoises, icicles, skating-boots, bubbles, crowns, monkeys, cars, pink elephants, giant hoovers, ducks, Addams Family hands, and a bleeding reptilian monster!
Fruit, watches, rings, bottles, keys and hammers left around must be due to careless employees. Or thieves.

Unfortunately, the far-from-eggcellent ending is no Kinder Surprise.

  • What about the section that if you went the wrong way near the beginning, you'd go past the "Egg Smelter". Could the game/level be completed then?

  • @burrytellam Been so long since I've played this I couldn't tell you.

  • never did know the point of this game...25 years later i am non the wiser...just tried to get further than last time......always did the same on jet set willy

  • @DAEAJ1 I never knew until I saw this Spectrum walkthrough that I got online, recorded, and sped it up.

It's a bit hard to keep up with, though, even for me!

Basically you have to drop each item into the corresponding vat, then drop the toy parts into the lower level section.

It's WAY too long and tedious work, though. Found it more fun just exploring as a kid, but the C64 version had a bug where it would crash in the railway section.

  • I used to love just exploring this game and finding new areas. My tolerance for mediocre exploration based 8-bit platformers knows no bounds... Sod trying to complete it though! Hats off to you! (No pun intended!)

  • OMG... I never saw This big Milk thing, only first rooms of ,,Ice'' sector... So hard game...

  • Ha only got as far as the sinclair c5 car bit thought i would never see any further. One of my fondest memories was playing this on the old spectrium
